Fascinating. Also, did not know they are using satellite imaging to find many more pyramids (like 17 more!) that have yet to be excavated…so cool.

Very excited about my all-time favorite comic book hero coming to life – Hal Jordan was the coolest by far. I have high expectations and not quite sure I’m down with the trendy sort of humor Ryan Reynolds applies in the trailer…but I’m hopeful his. I really liked Thor so that’s the benchmark for me at the moment. I’ve been waiting for this day since DeSean Jackson ruined the Giants season this year. This draft could be the most intriguing I’ve seen in years if not ever. Even more so considering the court’s decision that the NFL must continue regardless of the appeal or new collective bargaining agreement. Ouch. Just read a scathing piece about Derek Jeter. Fyi, for those of you who don’t know baseball scoring “4-3″ represents an out made by the second baseman (typically a ground ball) thrown to the first baseman. Here’s a lovely quote:

It never fails. Each year when I’m able to catch a few minutes of The Masters on Saturday or Sunday, I know spring has officially started. The beautiful scenery, the cadence of Jim Nance, the golf claps…it makes me want to grab a club and swing it.
